On October 24, Archi will hold a Big Discount Day for apartments at Archi Grand Avenue. The special offer will be available for one day only.
The planned 21-hectare mixed-use district will feature 15 hectares of recreational space alongside comprehensive infrastructure, including restaurants, sports, wellness and entertainment facilities, relaxation areas, children’s zones, a spa, an internationally branded five-star hotel and branded residences. An underground tunnel will connect the district to Tsereteli Avenue.
As part of the development, the former railway carriage factory will be revitalised while fully preserving its historical heritage. Gastronomy and technology hubs, a diverse range of retail spaces and a dedicated children’s area will bring new uses to the historic site, transforming it into one of Tbilisi’s key destinations.
A year ago, 644 apartments were sold during Archi Grand Avenue’s Big Discount Day. According to Archi, property prices within the project have since increased by 27–28%.
