Businessman and major sponsor of "Georgian Dream" Noshrevan Namoradze is building a 260-meter skyscraper in Vake, one of Tbilisi's most prestigious districts.
According to information on the businessman's company VR Holding website, VR Vake Skyview Tower – a premium-class project with a modern layout – will be located at 49 Chavchavadze Street, on the site of the former State University of Physical Education and Sport. The company states that VR Vake Skyview will become the tallest building in Georgia.
According to the latest information on an architecture website, "VR Vake Towers" has already submitted an application for a construction permit for the revised project that is currently being considered. The new project will increase the height of the skyscraper and, consequently, the number of floors again.
The total land area is 18,664 sq. m. The total area of green spaces in the courtyard will be at least 5,639.1 sq. m.

Regarding the number of floors: According to the approved design, the building comprised 56 above-ground floors. Following the change in storeys, the building now has 63 floors.
Regarding the height: According to the approved design, the building's height from the 0.000 elevation was 230 m. After the modification, the building's height from the 0.000 elevation is 260 m.
"According to the approved design, the standard floor height of the building was 3.60 m. After modifications, the standard residential floor height is 3.75 m.
The approved design specified 6 underground floors. In the revised design, the number of underground floors has been reduced to 3. The total number of parking spaces in the above-ground and underground parking areas is 340," according to the project's explanatory note.
Note: The territory was acquired by VR Vake Sky Tower LLC in 2022. The company, founded in 2022, is directed and wholly owned (100%) by businessman Noshrevan Namoradze.
