Giorgi Ghibradze, Chief of the Operational Headquarters at the Interagency Coordination Council, states that according to the government’s decision, the persons over 50 who get a COVID-19 booster shot will receive GEL 100.

Ghibradze said after the meeting of the Interagency Coordination Council that additional restrictions are not planned to be imposed in the country.

"It was decided that the program to encourage vaccination of persons over 50 will be extended for a month. Besides, we will encourage those who receive booster shots above the age of 50 in the amount of 100 GEL," Ghibradze said.
