Passenger traffic in Georgia's airports increased by 19% in
January-May 2019. According to the Civil
Aviation Agency of the Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development of

International Airport and reached 288,626 passengers in 4 months.
The growth trend continues at Batumi International Airport. In January-May
2019, 135,939 passengers traveled from Batumi
Aleksandre Kartveli International Airport that is 24% more compared to
the same period of the last year.

Airport served 28% or 2,340 more passengers in 5 months. However, Ambrolauri
Airport received 368 passengers in the first 5 months of 2019, which is 19%
more comparing to the same period of the last year.
