News now Dubai – United Arab Emirates – Nestlé, a leading Swiss food producer and the American coffee company Starbucks, announced Tuesday that they have completed the license agreement to first use the coffee and brand brands manufactured by the American coffee maker.

The $ 7.15 billion agreement provides Nestlé with a permanent right to sell Starbucks products outside the American cafes and will lead to the transfer of 500 Starbucks employees to Nestlé.

And the two global companies, the quarterly results of the American coffee company Starbucks, with analysts' forecasts for the fiscal year ended 30 June.

The company reported a profit of $ 852.5 million or 61 cents per share, compared to $ 691.6 million, or $ 0.47 per share in the same period last year.


With the exception of certain items, Starbuck's profit was 62 cents per share during the three months ending 30 June, compared to 55 cents per share a year ago.
