Georgia Domestic Producer Price Index up 1.2 percent in December 2021

In December 2021 the Domestic Producer Price Index for Industrial Products (DPPI) increased by 1.2 percent compared to the previous month.


In the reporting  period the prices for manufactured products increased by 1.8 percent. Compared to December 2020 the DPPI increased by 14.9 percent.



The prices went up for products from mining and quarrying by 24.7 percent, for manufactured products by 16.0 percent, for electricity, gas, steam and air conditioning by 9.8 percent and for water supply, sewerage, waste management and remediation services by 7.5 percent.
