In the frames of the state program "100 investment offers for business", the National State Property Agency of the Ministry of Economy put up for sale 148 objects across the country with a starting cost of more than GEL 63 million.
The objects put up for the electronic auction repeatedly are sold at a discount.
Among the objects to be privatized is a land plot of 563,991 sq.m. adjacent to the Kutaisi Free Industrial Zone, a 100% state-owned share of "Zugdidi Pharmacy" LLC, 15,400 state-owned ordinary shares of JSC "Khobi Oil Products", a 60% state-owned share of "Iuniormsheni" LLC and other state assets attractive for investment.
Electronic auctions will end on November 29.
As a reminder, all interested persons have an equal opportunity to participate in electronic auctions without any bureaucratic procedures and become the owner of a state asset in a short period of time.
