At the end of 2019,
Marriott International and Georgian private companies signed an agreement to
open a four-star Four Points by Sheraton hotel in Bakuriani in 2022. The project
investor is Capitol Investment Group, the
hotel development will be carried out by the group’s subsidiary Symmetria. As soon as the hotel is put
into operation, it will be managed by the group’s member Hotel Collection
The hotel will be built in Bakuriani, about 185 kilometers from Tbilisi city center and the city's international airport. The hotel will have 121 modern rooms, a lobby bar and a restaurant where guests will be served with Georgian dishes. The hotel will also include recreational and spa centers as well as an indoor swimming pool. Four Points by Sheraton Bakuriani will be a perfect place for travel and leisure lovers to see exciting and attractive places. The hotel is surrounded by a unique Borjomi-Kharagauli National Park. Business travelers can use conference rooms for up to 150 guests and parking lots.
