The first session of the Coordination Council to further ease restrictions we will be held this week, - Irakli Gharibashvili, the candidate for the Prime Minister, said at the session of the Georgian Dream faction in the Parliament.
When asked about easing of regulations, Irakli Gharibashvili said that it will take place this week. As for the vaccination, he noted that the country will receive first COVID-19 vaccines in March at earliest.
"The easing will start from this week, of course, in close coordination with epidemiologists, taking into account their and the Minister of Health recommendations. As for the question of when the vaccine will be introduced, the first vaccine, as I heard from the Minister of Health, it will be introduced in March and we will vaccinate 60% of our population by the end of the year, of course, it will be voluntary", - Irakli Gharibashvili said.
