Demand for real estate grew in Tbilisi

After a decline caused by the quarantine, demand for real estate began to grow in Tbilisi - a study conducted by from May 3 to May 16 says.

In the capital, the demand for real estate increased by 69% compared  with April, while the supply increased by 162%.


If in April 1,143 properties for sale were posted on the Internet, in the reporting period in May their number increased to  2 997. As for the interest in buying apartments, in April it was expressed by 42 114 people, from 3-16 May - 71 104.

The data that shows demand for rental properties has increased, namely, demand increased by 63%,supply- by 73%.

In April, 3,722 rental property ads were posted on the websites, while in May – 6,508.


The demand for apartments for daily rent  grew  by 4%, while the supply increased by 35%.
