According to the financial statements, "Coca-Cola Bottlers Georgia" LLC in 2021, compared to the pandemic 2020, increases the amount received from the contracts signed with customers by 44.7% and reaches GEL 283.7 million.

In the same period, the company's cost of goods sold increased by 48.5% to GEL 215.7 million.

In the reporting period, the company's distribution expenses increased by 59.8% to GEL 19 million, while general and administrative expenses decreased by 8.6% to GEL 19.1 million.

After a loss of GEL 9.6 million in 2020, the company recorded a profit of GEL 31.8 million in 2021.


At the end of the reporting period, the company’s assets stood at GEL 322.8 million (+2.2% Y.Y), capital – at  GEL 167.1 million (+22.3% Y.Y).

Coca-Cola has been operating in Georgia since 1996. 87.47% of the company is owned by Temur Chkhonia. 8.04% is owned by company employees and other persons (16 shareholders in total).

The company employs a total of 313 people in the enterprise and its subsidiaries.
